Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 October 2026. Coach to Wrist is currently in closed beta, by invitation for coaches. This English version is provided for convenience; in case of discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.

1. Who provides the service

Coach to Wrist is a project developed and run by Nicola Dall'Olio, an individual. For any communication about these terms write to info@coachtowrist.com.

2. The service

Coach to Wrist lets coaches create and assign workouts, athletes perform them on mobile or with a compatible wearable, and coaches receive the results. During the beta, features, availability and future paid plans may change without notice.

3. Account and access

4. Beta status

The service is provided "as is" during the beta, free of charge, without guarantees of continuity, absence of errors or permanent retention of data, beyond the ordinary commitment to keep it working. Features may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time during this phase.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to: upload to the workout import feature files containing names or other personal data, health data or recognisable faces and people (images are processed by an AI provider based outside the European Union, see the Privacy Policy); upload or transmit content you have no right to use; attempt to access other coaches' or athletes' accounts without authorisation; interfere with the normal operation of the platform or with other coaches' and athletes' use of it.

6. Data and content

Workouts created by the coach remain the coach's. Execution data and the athlete profile remain the athlete's; the coach can view them only within the authorised relationship with that athlete. The service processes this data to provide creation, assignment, execution and return of results. For details of what data is collected and how it is processed, see the Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party services

The service relies on external providers — Supabase for authentication and data storage, Vercel for hosting the site, DeepSeek (China) for analysing images in the workout import feature, and the platform of the connected wearable (e.g. Amazfit/Zepp) for synchronising workouts. Their availability is not under our direct control.

7a. AI assistants connected by the coach

The coach can connect a third-party AI assistant (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) to their account through MCP. The assistant operates with the coach's authorisation and under the coach's responsibility, who uses it under the terms of its provider. The coach undertakes not to enter into the conversation with the assistant personal or health data of their athletes beyond what the athletes have authorised through the dedicated consent in Coach to Wrist, and remains the controller of the information they enter on their own initiative. Proposals generated by the assistant are drafts: nothing is saved or assigned without the coach's confirmation in the app, and AI-generated content does not constitute medical assessment or advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided during the beta without any express or implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform. Nothing in this clause excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. for wilful misconduct or gross negligence).

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated during the beta, in particular when paid plans are introduced. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute about the service, and without prejudice to the mandatory protections of the Italian Consumer Code if you act as a consumer, the courts of the place of residence of the Controller have jurisdiction.

11. Contact

For questions about these terms, write to info@coachtowrist.com.

This is a draft document reflecting the current state of the product in a free beta run by an individual. It follows a standard structure but has not been reviewed by a lawyer — it should be reviewed by a professional before being considered final, in particular before paid plans are introduced.
